Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques to students of various skill levels.
  • Assist with the coordination of recreational, sport and fitness events, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities, taking into account the needs and abilities of the participants.
  • Lead and instruct groups and individuals in various martial arts and fitness activities.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times, and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required.
Personal Suitability:
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and ages.
  • Dependable and reliable, with a strong sense of initiative and flexibility.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback to students.
  • Able to work as part of a team, with a strong sense of judgement and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to perform physical activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
