About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Hubert Skinner. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register with accuracy and efficiency, handling customer transactions and processing payments.
  • Process Customer Transactions with a smile, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance, ensuring that our store looks its best at all times.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work as Part of a Team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
  • 2 Years to Less than 3 Years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Physical Demands, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy loads.
