Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present dishes according to restaurant standards
  • Ensure all necessary items are prepared for service
  • Support the chef and sous-chef with daily kitchen preparations
  • Organize workstations prior to service
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment
  • Receive and properly store kitchen supplies
  • Occasionally assist with inventory management
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the culinary team

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the culinary field
  • A collaborative team player who is willing to assist colleagues
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Conscientious and eager to learn
  • Completion of a culinary program is advantageous
