Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pickleball Coach to join our team. As a Pickleball Coach, you will be responsible for conducting pickleball classes and training sessions, providing individual and group coaching, and evaluating player performance and progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging pickleball classes and training sessions for players of various ages and skill levels
  • Provide individual and group coaching to help players improve their skills and achieve their goals
  • Evaluate player performance and progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Requirements

  • Experience in teaching and coaching racquet sports, with a strong background in pickleball
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skill in playing pickleball, with a passion for promoting and growing the sport
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with individuals and groups
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Valid certification or accreditation as a pickleball coach is a plus
