Job Summary

Matrix Camps and Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Osoyoos, BC. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials to our clients' worksites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Monitor and track inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Procure goods and services, issuing purchase orders and managing vendor relationships.
  • Conduct quality control inspections on camp assets and assist with staging and preparation for deployment.
  • Participate in safety meetings and complete safety minutes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and streamline logistics operations.
  • Provide support to the Logistics Manager as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Experience with inventory management and tracking systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
  • Experience driving pick up trucks with trailers of various sizes.
  • Knowledge of remote camp operations is considered an asset.
