About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Kismet Wealth Group Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Needs Assessment: Identify clients' financial goals and objectives, and develop personalized financial plans to meet their needs.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze clients' financial records to provide a comprehensive understanding of their financial situation.
  • Investment Planning: Develop and implement investment plans that align with clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Financial Planning: Create and implement financial plans that address clients' cash management, insurance coverage, retirement, and estate planning needs.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Will train, but prior experience in financial planning or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
  • Certifications: Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Canadian Institute of Financial Planning Course, and Conduct and Practices Handbook course.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Language and Work Setting

The primary language of work is English, and the ideal candidate will be able to work in an urban area, preferably in a head office setting.
