Tetra Tech is seeking a highly skilled Bridge and Artwork Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of bridges and artworks, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise construction sites, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with plans and specifications.
  • Monitor and control the quality of work, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
  • Participate in site meetings and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and other documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
Requirements:
  • DEC or AEC in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supervision of bridges and artworks.
  • Good knowledge of MTQ standards and procedures.
  • Training in construction and repair of structures.
  • Completed AQTR courses, including STC-201.
  • Strong communication, resourcefulness, and autonomy.
  • ASP Construction card (mandatory).
  • Bilingualism (asset).
