Job Title: IT Team Leader for.NET, GIS, and SharePoint Development

We are seeking an experienced IT Team Leader to lead our team of developers in the development of.NET, GIS, and SharePoint solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, team leadership, and technical expertise in.NET, GIS, and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of developers in the development of.NET, GIS, and SharePoint solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computers, math, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in system development life cycle
  • Minimum 3 years of.NET development experience
  • Minimum 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience with ARCGIS version 10.9.1 or higher and associated software
  • Experience with configuration of SharePoint version 2016 or higher as a document management repository
  • Experience in data analysis with strong analytical skills
  • Experience in code review, test code coverage, and release management
