Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Classifier Milling Systems Cor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow and inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, shipments, and other key metrics.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Proven track record of improving productivity and product quality.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
