We are seeking a dedicated Bartender to join our team at 6764011 Manitoba Ltd.-Shagun Sweets. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 to less than 7 months.
The successful candidate will work in a restaurant setting, characterized by a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure glassware is properly washed.
- Perform routine cleaning of the draft beer system.
- Assist customers with wine selection and provide drink recommendations.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and operate the cash register.
- Record and balance beverage sales accurately.
- Manage inventory by ordering bar stock and maintaining control of supplies.
- Prepare a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
This position requires the ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week in a dynamic environment.
Language RequirementsFluency in English is necessary for effective communication with customers and team members.
