About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer - DevOps Specialist to join our team at Capleo Global. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management
    • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using RedHat OpenShift
    • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and applications
  • Application Development and Deployment
    • Develop and deploy cloud-based applications using containerization and container-based virtualization technology like Docker
    • Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Git, Tekton, ArgoCd, Maven, and YAML
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with Agile teams to design and implement microservice architecture systems
    • Participate in Scrum events and contribute to the development of software systems
Requirements
  • Technical Skills
    • 5 years' experience deploying, scaling, and monitoring applications in a RedHat OpenShift environment
    • Experience with cloud application frameworks including Quarkus, cloud trends, and industry web, architectural, and security standards
    • Knowledge of cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or Google Cloud
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud Infrastructure Experience
    • Experience setting up development environments and mechanisms using tools like Azure DevOps and GitOps
  • Cloud Application Development
