About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Provide prompt and effective responses to incidents, minimizing any disruption to our customers.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by focusing on stability, security, and cost optimization within the cloud environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement by developing and refining DevOps processes through automation and optimization strategies.
  • Ensure seamless deployment of cloud solutions and proactively address any arising issues.
  • Implement proactive measures to manage cloud environments, minimizing potential service disruptions.
  • Maintain strict adherence to security practices and policies, safeguarding our systems and data.
  • Provide expert guidance to stakeholders and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes and procedures.
  • Stay abreast of the latest security trends and best practices to ensure our infrastructure remains secure and resilient.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in Azure and/or AWS platforms. A strong understanding of operational support, programming skills, and API architectures is essential. Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a self-motivated approach are highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Azure and/or AWS
  • Experience with Information Security frameworks
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies
