About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hairstylist to join our team at 11320149 Canada Inc. as a key member of our barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional haircutting and styling services to clients, adhering to their instructions and preferences.
  • Shampoo and condition clients' hair to ensure a clean and healthy appearance.
  • Supervise and mentor junior hair stylists and other staff members to maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Apply various hair treatments, including bleach, tints, dyes, and rinses, to achieve desired color and style results.
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair to meet clients' individual needs and preferences.
  • Offer personalized hair styling recommendations based on clients' physical features and personal style.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the hairstyling industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment.
Work Environment and Benefits
