About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Equipment Service Technician to join our team at GG Freight Services Inc. as a key member of our technical support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Equipment: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair, inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Installation and Repair: Install electronic equipment and repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools.
  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults, and test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning.
  • Prepare Cost Estimates: Prepare cost estimates for repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Read Blueprints and Drawings: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand equipment specifications and requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
