Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree in a related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services, with a focus on customer service and financial solutions.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues. Proficiency in financial software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Qualifications: Registration to sell investment products, as required by the jurisdiction. Appropriate lending qualifications and designations. Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions, as well as retail investments and lending products.
