We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at Medicentres.
About the RoleAs a Family Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. Your expertise will encompass a wide range of services, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medical examinations and take detailed patient histories
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, including illnesses, injuries, and chronic diseases
- Prescribe and administer medications, as well as order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans, taking into account patients' medical histories, lifestyles, and personal preferences
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Experience in family medicine or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
