Position Overview

We are seeking a Chief Financial Strategist to lead our financial operations and drive strategic initiatives within the organization. This role is pivotal in shaping the financial landscape of our business services and real estate sectors.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior financial role or equivalent experience

Financial Oversight

Responsible for managing a budget ranging from $1,500,001 to $4,000,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize the formation of major departments and appoint senior staff
  • Set strategic objectives and approve relevant policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions
  • Oversee event management and conduct performance evaluations
Team Leadership

Supervise a team of 16-20 individuals.

Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Compliance and Safety
  • Must be bondable and undergo a criminal record check
Travel Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight trips
Work Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a large workload
  • Attention to detail is essential
