Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Aluminum MIG Welder to join our team at All Equip Repair. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks on our feed and grain trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, welding process specifications, and drawings to plan layouts and meet product specifications.
  • Layout, position, and fit together parts of metal according to blueprint sketches in preparation for welding.
  • Perform TIG welding of steel assemblies and operate cutting torch.
  • Perform Aluminum MIG welding on a variety of trailer components.
  • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions to ensure high-quality results.
  • Inspect parts received to ensure they meet quality standards and report any defects to the supervisor.
  • Record and report work order information and production times as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Requirements
  • Ability to work productively as part of a team and independently.
  • Demonstrate safe work habits and apply safe practices at all times.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs.
