  • Teach students in a classroom setting and offer academic support during designated consultation hours.
  • Adapt and/or create course objectives, outlines, curricula, and assessment methods.
  • Maintain comprehensive course-related documentation, including evaluations and attendance records, and submit necessary information as required.
  • Identify, prepare, and organize instructional materials and resources for effective course delivery.
  • Manage classroom dynamics and, if necessary, advise supervisors on student conduct, including formal disciplinary measures.
  • Foster and sustain a dynamic and encouraging learning atmosphere that facilitates significant educational experiences.
  • Contribute to the development of schedules, program budgets, and operational strategies.
  • Engage in initiatives that enhance college activities and the overall environment.
  • Support the identification, design, execution, and assessment of innovative projects.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities as outlined by the divisional human resource strategy.
Qualifications for Business Education Professionals:
  • Preferred candidates will hold a PhD or MBA, with CPA, CPHR, and other relevant industry certifications being advantageous.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities with a diverse student demographic.
  • A solid business background, including relevant post-secondary education and several years of experience in a business context.
  • Experience in teaching adult learners is considered an asset.
