Key Responsibilities:- Act as the Engineer-of-Record for designated projects.
- Lead project initiatives or work collaboratively with a Project Manager to formulate design concepts integrated by a project team.
- Mentor junior team members, manage workloads, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Facilitate projects through municipal design approval as the Engineer-of-Record.
- Oversee engineering design processes, guide technical personnel, and ensure the fulfillment of project objectives, approvals, and documentation.
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and municipal representatives, documenting outcomes for project records.
- Ensure project milestones are met in accordance with client and municipal timelines.
- Monitor project progress, secure authorizations/approvals for schedule/scope modifications, and manage contracts.
- Supervise project management elements such as budget oversight, invoicing, and mentorship of junior staff.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in land development or capital works projects.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Thorough understanding of technical design, constructability, cost considerations, and design approvals.
