- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Service Recommendations: Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demands.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are working effectively and safely.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding role.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills: Excellent written communication, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, reliability, and manual dexterity
