About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Pandora. As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a genuine connection with our customers to exceed individual and store sales goals.
  • Embody the store culture filled with passion for our brand, where team members shine as extraordinary brand ambassadors.
  • Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations, by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
  • Craft loyal customers by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
  • Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a results-oriented selling approach with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Develop a sense of care in your communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Show the ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Dream and embrace adventure, with a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
