Job Summary:

The Spanish Tutorial Leader will be responsible for delivering high-quality face-to-face education to undergraduate students in small group tutorials. The successful candidate will facilitate learning in university courses, lead tutorials, and maintain a conducive atmosphere for discussion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver tutorials that meet the stated aims and objectives.
  • Lead tutorials at scheduled times, participating from start to end.
  • Facilitate and guide group discussion, enabling student participation.
  • Maintain a conducive environment for discussion.
  • Assist with student attendance record keeping.
  • Compile brief reports on student attendance and work.
  • Administer and grade tutorial quizzes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional speaking skills in Spanish, effective communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to lead group activity. They will also have an understanding and interest in the subject areas being taught.
