Job Title: Java Developer Analyst

About the Role:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Java Developer Analyst to join our team. As a Java Developer Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex software systems using Java.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test Java-based software applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring it meets the company's coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on software design and development.
  • Proven experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Java programming language, including Java 8 and later versions.
  • Experience with front-end development using Angular or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
