Production Equipment Operator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all necessary documentation for assigned tasks is completed accurately, adhering to Food Safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Follow stringent manufacturing practices and safety regulations.
  • Load and unload bulk trucks; receive ingredients and efficiently ship products as per customer orders.
  • Conduct preventive and sanitary maintenance of the facility, ensuring that quality control standards for ingredients are consistently met.
  • Operate the production line effectively.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in a feed mill or manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to work rotational shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, with a readiness to learn.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team while also being self-motivated to work independently with minimal supervision.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS:

  • Full-Time; Temporary (6 Months Term). Shift work required.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

  • Must be capable of lifting 25kg and frequently bending and twisting.
  • Occasional work at heights may be necessary.
  • A valid class 5 driver’s license is required.
  • Forklift driving experience is considered an asset.
