Medical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at MYHEALTH MEDICAL CLINIC.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including physician's offices and hospitals. This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and monitor patients' progress
- Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
- Record medication's therapeutic and side effects observations in patient files
- Take vital signs and provide nursing services within defined scope of practice
- Monitor patients' progress, evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions, and consult with appropriate members of the healthcare team
- Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
- Health care plan
