About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Apollo High School. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting our school's programs and services to students, parents, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy to engage our target audience, including writing and editing articles, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute events, such as open houses, information sessions, and promotional activities, to showcase our school's programs and services.
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote our school's programs and services, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as required.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including teachers, staff, and administrators, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
