Role Summary:
  • As a vital member of our Merchandising team, you will contribute significantly to our mission of fostering a more thoughtful and caring world.
  • If you possess qualities such as motivation, integrity, energy, reliability, and a passion for greeting cards and organization, we would be excited to have you on board. We provide a flexible work schedule, compensated training, and travel time between retail locations.
  • You will be an essential part of a dedicated team that operates independently to fulfill service schedules and manage order processing for greeting card sections within leading Canadian retailers efficiently.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and capable of lifting product boxes weighing up to 40 pounds is essential.
  • Utilizing Carlton Cards’ best practices, you will be tasked with restocking merchandise, organizing new and seasonal displays, tidying product arrangements, reporting on returned items, and executing other responsibilities as directed by your Field Manager.
