Job Title: Chief Financial Officer - Goods Production, Utilities, and Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at SAMAYRA FOODS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage and supervise a team of financial professionals to ensure effective financial operations
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that align with financial goals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the goods production, utilities, and construction industry
  • Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of financial professionals
