Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Regulated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at London Drugs. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists and pharmacy managers with daily operations, including customer service, telephone inquiries, and general housekeeping duties.
  • Operate the pharmacy computer and assist in the processing of prescriptions and preparation of prescriptions.
  • Order and receive drug orders and manage pharmacy department inventory.
  • Participate in professional roles, including Travel Medicine, INR monitoring, CDE, and Long term care.
Requirements
  • Registration with the College of Pharmacists (in the province of employment) is mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal skills when dealing with clients, staff, and management.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with a high level of enthusiasm.
  • Ability to relate to all levels of customers and their needs.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work as a team player and have a team approach.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience preferable.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time position. Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday.
