We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Regulated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at London Drugs. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists and pharmacy managers with daily operations, including customer service, telephone inquiries, and general housekeeping duties.
- Operate the pharmacy computer and assist in the processing of prescriptions and preparation of prescriptions.
- Order and receive drug orders and manage pharmacy department inventory.
- Participate in professional roles, including Travel Medicine, INR monitoring, CDE, and Long term care.
- Registration with the College of Pharmacists (in the province of employment) is mandatory.
- Good interpersonal skills when dealing with clients, staff, and management.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with a high level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to relate to all levels of customers and their needs.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as a team player and have a team approach.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience preferable.
