Job Title: Child Care Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at SOWON KIM. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in childcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about working with children, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily care and supervision to children, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment for children, including maintaining a clean and organized home.
  • Plan and implement activities that promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's daily activities, meals, and health information.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable home environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
