About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at 10085707 MANITOBA LTD. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of retail staff, assign duties, and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's goals.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and promote our brand.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
