Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Spectrum Home & Family Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in daily living activities
  • Assist with education and training programs to promote independence and skill development
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for individuals and staff
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
