Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist. As a key member of our shipping and receiving team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Receive and inspect incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and quality standards
  • Operate computer systems for electronic commerce transactions and record-keeping
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shipping and receiving goals and objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
