About the Role

We are seeking Métis women and men to join our team as Flat Roofing Technicians. This is an exciting opportunity to establish a rewarding career with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with site set-up and demobilization tasks
  • Help crew members with the application of roofing materials
  • Care for the movement, storage, and protection of materials until job completion
  • Comply with all safety rules, regulations, and policies
Requirements
  • Class 5 driver's license
  • Ability to lift 60-80lbs safely
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
  • Enjoy working outdoors
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and strong work ethic

  • Investigate - Building envelope problem solving
  • Modify - Roofing alterations related to tenant improvements, mechanical additions or deletions, fall protection systems, roof anchors, roof hatches, skylights, etc.
