About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Colliers Project Leaders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering capital project solutions to our clients across the built environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion and personify our values and culture
  • Develop strong client relationships and act as the client's single point of contact to achieve the client's goals and objectives, focusing on asset renewal and maintenance
  • Lead clients through the set-up, initiation, execution, monitoring and reporting of their projects
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of programs, balancing technical, commercial, and financial success while working closely with clients to deliver strategic solutions
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, driving these programs to success, from identifying and addressing gaps to controlling costs and ensuring clear, effective communication
  • Serve as Account Manager to develop and enhance key strategic accounts within your sector

Requirements

  • A strong desire to grow the business presence in the local market and meet company growth targets
  • A university degree or diploma in engineering or architecture (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)
  • 5 years' experience in project coordination and management, representing owners to deliver capital and maintenance programs
  • Experience building and nurturing long-term client relationships and working collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional industry credentials such as PMP,., CET, or similar industry-recognized designation is considered an asset
