Brand Momentum is seeking a detail-oriented Sales and Merchandising Representative to work at a retail location, performing merchandising tasks and providing excellent customer service.
About the Position
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to build relationships with store personnel, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement visually appealing store displays to drive sales and customer engagement
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with store personnel to execute account-specific initiatives and promotions
- Provide regular merchandising support, including maintaining shelves, planogram changes, and out-of-stock corrections
- Prepare and submit required reporting and analytics to support business decisions
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions and priorities
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
