Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sage Logistics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, coordinating activities with other work units, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics Planning
    • Develop and implement operational logistics plans to ensure efficient and effective operations
    • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordination and Communication
    • Coordinate activities with other work units and departments to ensure seamless operations
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide technical advice
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback
    • Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics operations
  • Language
    • English
  • Work Hours
    • 40 hours per week
