Position Overview

Punjab Sweets Ltd. is seeking dedicated individuals to join our culinary team as Culinary Support Staff. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of our kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Storage Management: Organize and place dishes in designated storage areas.
  • Sanitation Duties: Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in stocking refrigerators and salad bars, and utilize both manual and electrical appliances for food preparation tasks such as cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Waste Management: Efficiently remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean working environment.
  • Vegetable and Fruit Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed.
