Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide client care by utilizing the skills of observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence in patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed/Registered Practical Nursing Program.
  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
  • Previous experience in community care, acute care, or long-term care.
  • Demonstrated clinical competencies, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
