About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Eavestrough Installer to join our team at MJ Roofing & Exteriors. As an Eavestrough Installer, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, including eavestroughs and gutters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, such as eavestroughs and gutters, to ensure a watertight seal and proper function.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accurate and precise measurements.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including hand and power tools, to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure optimal performance and durability of installed products.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products, including eavestroughs and gutters, to maintain their functionality and appearance.
Work Environment

As an Eavestrough Installer, you will work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation. You will be required to lift and move heavy materials and equipment, up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and work at heights.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in installation and repair of exterior prefabricated products is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
