Become a vital member of our team as a Concrete Production Equipment Operator

In this essential role within our concrete manufacturing operation, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the batching equipment utilized in the production process. Your meticulous approach will guarantee that our concrete mixes adhere to the highest standards and meet the specifications of various projects. We seek a qualified professional with extensive experience in concrete manufacturing, equipment management, and a strong dedication to quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate batching machinery to ensure accurate mixing of concrete ingredients.
  • Continuously monitor equipment to maintain precise measurements and compliance with mix designs.
  • Perform quality assurance evaluations on raw materials and modify batching methods to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on machinery and address any operational issues that arise.
  • Work collaboratively with production and logistics teams to coordinate concrete manufacturing schedules.
  • Keep detailed records and documentation regarding production outputs and batch modifications.
  • Follow safety guidelines, environmental policies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable position.
  • Thorough understanding of concrete production techniques and material characteristics.
  • Proficient in operating and diagnosing batching equipment.
  • Familiarity with quality control methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Dedication to safety and environmental compliance.
  • Experience with computerized batching systems is advantageous.
