Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of various security systems, including Intrusion Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, and more. Develop and maintain system documentation, execute system acceptance tests, and deliver customer support. Keep abreast of product knowledge and engage with clients to evaluate their security requirements.

Qualifications

  • College diploma in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Security and Access Control sector
  • Familiarity with IT standards and network architecture preferred
  • Experience with CCTV, access control, intercom systems, and related technologies
  • Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft operating systems
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and a focus on customer service
  • Valid driver's license
