**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Accurately record customer transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy in cash handling and inventory management.
  • Replenish merchandise and maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area.
  • Follow up on hot selling items, complete markdowns and SKU changes as needed, and maintain planograms, labels, and tickets.
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies related to the sale of tobacco and lottery products.
  • Follow health and safety policies and guidelines, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.

**Requirements**

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in cash handling and inventory management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods, bend, twist, and squat, and lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs).
