Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize stock levels and optimize storage capacity.
- Maintenance and Repair: Direct the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Operations Budgeting: Plan and manage the facility's operations budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Administrative Services: Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
