About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at 2347715 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 kitchen staff, including specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
  • Culinary Expertise: Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared for customers.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet the company's standards and customer expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive high-quality food and a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
