We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher - Concrete. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing production scheduling, planning, and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage production scheduling, planning, and reporting to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Assist with the supervision of staff, including driver scheduling and coordination
- Initiate and maintain a healthy environment with respect to cleanliness, production, and safety
- Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives
**Requirements**
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Computer skills and experience required
- Ability to work with changing schedules and irregular hours when required
- Own transportation required (no public transportation available for shift start time)
- An understanding of concrete and/or the construction industry is considered an asset
