Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sandstone Motel & Lounge and Sandstone Gas Plus. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Restaurant or hotel/motel/resort work setting
Work Environment
