Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Premium Appliance Sales & Service Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of sales staff, assign duties, and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including negotiating with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
  • Budgeting and Monitoring: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the success of the sales team.
  • Customer Service: Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the sales team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
