As a Housekeeping Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience from the moment they arrive. Your organizational skills will support the Housekeeping team in maintaining pristine guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service Adhere to Housekeeping departmental standards Assist Room Attendants in preparing guest rooms efficiently Manage inventory in Housekeeping storage areas Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels Collect soiled linens, waste, and recyclables from Room Attendants' carts Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning as needed Follow established departmental policies and procedures Report maintenance issues as necessary Availability for overnight shifts is required Additional responsibilities as assignedQualifications
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous Strong organizational and time management abilities Capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues with minimal supervision Ability to anticipate and address guest needs with professionalism and warmthPhysical Requirements:
Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift Frequent lifting and carrying of items weighing up to 40+ lbs Regular kneeling, pushing, pulling, and liftingAdditional Information
Work Eligibility: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the designated country.
